ANGELINE LOO

Born in Singapore and having lived in four different countries, Angeline possesses a unique understanding and appreciation of global cultures. Her passion for art led her to New York City, where she earned a degree in journalism with a focus on art criticism from the School of Visual Arts.

Angeline’s career began in the early ‘90s in public relations and marketing, where she designed cutting-edge campaigns for luxury brands in New York. Collaborating with internationally renowned photographers deepened her appreciation for photography, both as an art form and a commercial medium.

In 2016, Angeline returned to Singapore to launch a public relations firm, where she worked closely with international companies to address ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) policies through the lens of art. Recognizing the need for deeper knowledge to make a broader impact, Angeline moved to the U.K. and earned her Master’s in Art History and Art World Practice at Christie’s in London.

With a multifaceted background in communications, marketing, and art, Angeline brings a unique perspective to curating and collecting. Her deep respect for global cultures and her diverse experiences enrich her approach, making her a distinctive voice in the art world.

RAFAEL SALGADO

Rafael Salgado, born in Mexico City in 1959, is a distinguished figure in the world of art and design. His journey in the creative realm began with a solid educational foundation, having pursued a degree in Communication from the prestigious Iberoamericana University in Mexico.

Eager to expand his horizons, Salgado embarked on a transformative journey to New York City, where he delved deeper into his passion for design by earning a degree in Graphic Design from Parsons New School.

During his time in New York City, Salgado didn't limit himself to design alone. He recognized the importance of understanding art's historical and cultural context, leading him to enroll in additional courses in the  History of Art and Modern Art, enriching his understanding of artistic movements and styles.

Salgado has dedicated himself wholeheartedly to the arts for over two decades, leaving an indelible mark on the international art scene. His expertise as a designer and art director has been sought after for numerous international art books, where his meticulous attention to detail and innovative designs have garnered acclaim. Salgado's collaborations in these projects have not only showcased his talent but have also contributed to shaping the visual narrative of contemporary art.
